Please make sure that your employee is using pop.w14a.comcast.net (or imap.14a.comcast.net) for incoming server and smtp.w14a.comcast.net for his webmail email account, if it is intrinsic webmail. Please be advised of the email info here, too. FYI - Attachments must be under 20 MB for them to be processes correctly. Try this site for adding contacts.
