Internet Outage - Milpitas, CA - 9/24/2013 6 hours now....

We lost all connectivity from Comcast Business Class @ 13:36PDT on 09/325/2013  -- Comcast gives us lots of info over the phone -- sometimes the representatives even sound believable.  It started with a 2 hour ETA for full restoral… then 4 hours…now 6 hours… so do we just call it 200 hours and let’s plan on Christmas?   This is not getting better… it is getting worse and  I am  not  getting  a good  feeling  for  how  this is going  to  play  out  tomorrow  morning.  Comcast Effected NODE: GGASA   *(Comcast does not offer an SLA for the “Business Class” service)*
