Internet Connection/Modem - 26th of Every Month

My company's Comcast Business Internet is repeatedly disrupted every month anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes.  I've been keeping track of the dates and times that our internet connection is lost and I'm beginning to notice a pattern.  The last four times our internet has gone down was on February 26, 2013 (9:39 am), March 26, 2013 (2:35 pm), April 26, 2013 (10:40 am) and June 26, 2013 (10:30 am).  The 26th keeps on popping up quite frequently!!!  Does Comcast have routine maintenance that occurs on the 26th every month in zip code 21076?  Please note, May 26th was not listed above, but that was a Saturday and my business is closed on Saturdays.

Any help is greatly appreciated - I want to know if we are going to experience internet connection failure once a month, every month like clockwork - I won't bother to put in service calls if they are only going to be cancelled an hour later.

Welcome bayland.  Our Tier 2 group is investigating this issue.  We will update this thread with the results.
