Recently installed/upgraded service but router losses connection every few hours.

I am hoping you can help me.  Our business phones went down Saturday.  The business is a restaurant open 7 days a week.  We called, and we are having no luck getting phone service.  I know there are limitations and we have remedies, but I really just want the phone service.  Last note was that we are waiting for equipment.  Really?  It isn't in stock?
