Intermittent interuptions

I'm having Intermittent interuptions.  Tech support told me the issue started in my area since May 28.  It has been over 10 days and they still telling me the same story:  "our tech supports are aware of the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as possible".  The interruption is only last for about 2-5 minutes but these short outages have caused me not to be able to conduct any online meetings.  I'm getting so frustraded and the techs keep telling me that they have already work as hard as they can and there is nothing they can do to speed up the process.  Does anyone know a way to escalate up the chain?
