We are having the same issue at our location in Plymouth, MN and it REALLY is getting old!! This has been going on for years, but recently has gotten to be a daily thing. We have a POPP DSL line that the router automatically switches over to, but the outage still causes issues. The POPP line has been solid for years.
Hopefully Comcast will get their act together and their Business class internet will actually be Business class reliable!
