Intermittent Connectivity Issues Since 1/3/15 Install :(

I will start off by saying that I have been happy with the speeds I have been getting...most of the time. However, there are multiple times throughout the past two weeks. There have been a few times where I am not even getting download speeds of 1 mbps. That is totally unacceptable! 


I've checked it with my iphone, tablet and isn't just one device. Here are some of the speedtests I ran the other day (haven't been home much the past few days to test again):




Please help!! I have an Apple Airport Timecapsule and a Motorola Surfboard SB6121 DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

Hello mumps478 and welcome,


So are use using your SB6121 as a Customer Owned Modem? If yes, have you contacted the manufacturer to see if your upstream and downstream power levels are in spec? Also, you should contact 800-391-3000, use technical option, provide your Comcast account number, then request the technical agent can confirm that your SB61621 boot file is correct. 


What is the Internet Speed that your Comcast billing statement specifies you have?


Are you measuring the Internet speed from the SB6121 or the TimeCapsule?
