I was wondering if any of the support moderators can look into problems in a specific area and tell me if they have been resolved permanently or when they will be resolved. Started having issues off and on with quality of service last week. Friday we went down for about a half hour. Was also down almost completely Saturday. Sunday and Monday morning was good, but went down completely Monday afternoon for several hours. We are in Fresno CA, zip is 93727. I can get more specific with location or account number if that is needed. Comcast support said on Saturday there was a problem with a local "node". Today message said known issue in the area that was being worked on. I really want to know what exactly the problem is/was and if/when it will be resolved permanently. This is severely impacting our business. Thanks.
Down again. Getting ridiculous. Called support again. All they say is outage in the area being worked on and service should be restored within a few hours but that is the exact same things we were told Saturday.
Outages everyday for 1/2hr up to two hours. Any moderators care to look into this? I can provide account number and/or case numbers. All I get from Comcast support line is it's an area outage and technicians are working on it. What kind of area outage takes more than a week to identify and permanently fix?
