I contracted for Comcast Business Internet Starter service (no modem, phone, tv) which was installed one year ago. The installer was on time, polite, and competent. I had dual stack (IPv4/IPv6) service immediately. Since then I have had one 15 minute outage requiring modem reboot and have had full Starter speeds. I have 5 times the speed/dollar as compared to my old DSL connection. After the fifth wrong bill, I told the rep I would send a check for the contracted amount every month and let Comcast billing do whatever. All my bills have been correct since then.
