Extremely Slow Upload and Packet Loss Since 12/14

Hi,
I noticed that as of 12/14 I'm consistently getting 0.2-0.3Mbps upload speeds and have noticed some packet loss. Before 12/14 I was consistently getting 6-7Mbps uploads.

Take a look at this post and go over the steps listed, then posted the requested information. We should be able to help you pinpoint something you can take to Comcast.
