Over the past couple of days the speed of our interent connection has dramatically dropped and sometimes the whole connection just drops. I’m beginning to think the router is finally dying, but a couple of reps and one tech have said the cable connecting the building to the pole has static. Do you think the tech that said the cable line should be replace actually replaced the cable line... nope. In typical Comcast style he just left. So aggravating to spend so much time and money on such unreliable service.
