Dropped packets

I am getting a lot of dropped packets tonight 8pm ish PST (11/24/19) causing lots of issues.

 

I have restarted the modem.

I have connected a computer directly to the modem and same issue.

 

This is to the first hop from the tracert.

Started clearing up around 9:30pm PST. Will reply if it starts happening again.
