I have been having disconnection issues with our Comcast Business line whenever I try to do a data backup upload to Microsoft Azure. It is a rather large file (512 GB). I am doing the upload from a Synology Diskstation using Hyper Backup. For the most part the line is fine but when I initiate this backup I get constant disconnects and reconnects. I called Comcast tech support and they claimed they saw no issues with the line and saw nothing in their logs to show that the line was disconnected but obviously that was not the case. Thsi is very troublesome and I don't know where else to look. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to assist with your connection issue you're having. When you're referring to the "Comcast Business line," are you referring to your internet services?
This could be an issue with the equipment uploading the data or the destination on where you're trying to upload it to. Either way, I can review your services and check for any issues.
