Constant Regional Outages

What is the deal with these constant night and day outages?

 

Its even regersting in my account lately as "A service outage for Internet has been reported in your area. We're working to fully restore service as soon as possible.". Not to mention the few hours it would go out before with out an offcial message.

 

These have been sever for the last week. It was normaly around 11p to 430a (-5gmt); but now they are getting even longer with varying end times and extentind well into the daytime so I am doubting its maintance.

 

I have been notcing they appear to give some bandwith to specific port applications like 80, but 443 tends to be on the mainline last ones and when it does connect constanct cert issues.

 

I am a night person and most my work and sever demand is at night, this is getting annoying. I cant access my severs when at accounts and niether can my users. I am paying for non stop limitless internet and I am getting only 2 weeks worth for my billing cycle. Plus side I used a screen shot of the offcial message to pull 4 servers offline and do some major hardware and software upgrades under a false flag of its not mine its the interproviders connectivity issues lol.

 

So commcast what is the actuall issue?

How long can I expect to not have remotely consistant internet?

Does my service get pro-rated?

It seems that my xfinity users have not been having the same issue; why? They are same region and use the chi hub just like me.
