I pay for business class. Yet I've been up all night dealing with a technical issue regarding a client's business.... and on the hour, every hour, my service is interrupted. My PC VPN connection drops and VOIP drops for about 5 minutes and then comes back up. A visit to my equipment closet appears to show that the connection on the modem indeed drops.
I thought Comcast Business came along with an account manager that could help you through the Comcast jungle. I'm feeling alone, disowned and unappreciated by Comcast Business. I don't want to call a help desk ticket in and get no help. Can someone please help me??
