Constant Network Drops (seems like a lot of people going through this lately)

Constant timeouts since last night....  internet cuts out for about a minute then comes back for about a minute... it's been going on for hours.  Please fix (and no it's not a computer issue I've already ruled everything out, reset all switches/gateways, connected directly w/no intermediaries, etc.)

I also wanted to note that I've monitored my line, it tends to be pretty stable usually except for a brief (5 mins or less) period every day or so.  The daily drops aren't good but mostly tolerable.  This latest problem is by far the worst I've seen and makes the service completely unusable.

Welcome to the forum.

After checking the SMC IP-Gateway onsite, we do note the intermittent connectivity on the day of your posts.

However, at this time IPGW's signal levels and status are within perimeter.

Please tell us if you are still experiencing connectivity issues.
