Connectivity sporadically dropping over the last several days. Our IT rebooted modem and evaluated and suggested having someone come out to balance the line. Upstream power is sitting near 52dBmv on all 4 channels, which is really close to nonfunctional and it appears other things are a little out-of-whack as well.
