Connectivity consistantly on and off everyday and tired of it.

Since I swithced to comcast/internet/business the connectivity is a constant problem. Will not load pages, loses connection, reloads, will be in the middle of something then it drops. Have updated, rebooted countless times same thing.  Is there any new modems out? Several people on my street have had the same issue.  I never had this problem with AT&T

Hi sean1970ss and welcome to the business forums. I'm sorry to hear about all the connectivity issues you're having. I'd like to look into the account to check on the equipment and signals to start. If you click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) you can send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and I'll start looking into what's happening.
