Thanks for troubleshooting your service and for the additional information. I am seeing that your modem that operates internet service is still offline. We may need to schedule a tech visit to resolve the issue. I can see the modem that operates phone service is online. Do these modems share a splitter by chance or do they connect to separate cable outlets?
They are connected to shared splitter, both connections are securely connected at the splitter.
Lets please schedule a tech to come out to see what is going on.
To check the splitter I just unplugged it and plugged in just the modem.
