I am beside myself. I have had to reboot the comcast provided business class modem more times in the past two weeks than I have in the past few years of having business class internet. This has disrupted GotoMeetings, Lync meetings, VPN connections and pretty much disrupted doing business.
My internal office network runs. I've used the comcast app on my phone, only to find that you have no problem getting to the modem - but the modem fails to pass any connectivity.
What ever 'fix' Comcast claims to have done in the neighboorhood the week prior - it ain't working too well.
