Comcast_Michelle error message sending PM

Comcast_Michelle I keep seeing this error trying to reply to your message: You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

 

I have deleted a bunch of old sent messages.

 

This is what I was trying to send:

 

It came back online but there is no IPV6 working. I just ran an IPV6 test and it failed. It appears in the

Gateway > Connection > Local IP Configuration

 

The IPV6 boxes are blank in the first section Link-Local Gateway Address:

 

I see fe80 in the first box, then 0's in the next 3 and all the other boxes are blank there as well as all are blank in the Global Gateway Address:
