I have had to open 2 tickets to try and fix the problem. I was contacted on the second ticket as the first one got closed because they called me during work hours. I specified in the second ticket opened not to contact me until after 4:30 or 5:00pm cst. Well I got called at work. So that is the first problem. The second is that when I login to the sharepoint site this is what I see below:
Obviously the call today that reported the issue was resolved was not correct. Can you escalate this to the appropriate department and get it fixed once and for all? I've tried using the resources Comcast has setup and it obviously does not work.

Welcome Sirecat. I apologize for the continued issues with the Sharepoint site creation. I can have the Product Service Team purge the all current data and that will provide access to the site template and allow full access for site creation.
