Comcast Business throttling my teleradiology connectivity
I have a Comcast business class account in order to have a static IP address which is critical for my teleradiology company. Yesterday, 11/16/17, I experienced a crippling lag in connectivity with Konica Minolta Healthcare America's EXA PACs for 10 hours from 12 noon to 10pm which had a significant negative economic impact on my company. Please have your network engineer contact me to explain why this was done. Both Konica Minolta and my IT division have determined that Comcast was throttling my connection yesterday.
Have any other radiologists experienced this troubling interference by Comcast?
