We're working on a client website and it suddenly got blocked (the pages keep trying to load but ultimately times out). We can access the website on any other network (like our phones through LTE or at another location). We've tried multiple browsers on multiple computers and they're all timing out. We're rebooted the cable box and routers to no avail. We've contacted the hosting company of the website and performed a trace and the block is definitely not happening on their end. The only thing left is that the website is being blocked through Comcast as our ISP. Will you please check to see if there are any blocked sites on our Comcast business account?
It's been a full week at this point and the problem persists. I've sent a private message with the terminal traceroute of the non-accessible client website and it's still timing out (where any other network we access the intrnet to works fine). This is definitely an issue with our Business Comcast ISP connection blocking the website for whatever reason. Will you please get this situated so we can access our client's website so we can update it?
