I am unable to connect to "lighthouseapp.com" from anywhere inside my network. Traceroute, ping do not work either.
I AM able to connect to this site from any other ISP except for comcast.

Your description to the issue sounds like they are filtering your IP address.
For the test we used one of our Comcast IP-range and we were able to access lighthouseapp.com.
To address this please contact the site admin of lighthourseapp.com.
Inform them of filtering issue by their firewall on your IP address and request to remove the filtering on it.

I contacted them and this is their reply:
" this normally only happens if the routing from the ISP is using outdated software - because our IP address ends in a zero."
Hi DaveJones. As the neither the domain and/or IP address are not blocked on the Comcast Network, the site owner can simply add your IP scope to their access list.
