I posted earlier today as a "reply" on to someone else's original email. However, I am re-posting as a "new topic" because I am afraid that my original post will be ignored and I really need an answer! This problem has been posted before and no one in the community or at Comcast (John_Comcast? could you please?) seems to address the problem.
The problem is this: those of us with a custom Comcast exchange address have a great deal of trouble syncing with Android! Has anyone in this forum overcome this problem? The phone defaults to port 443. Is 443 the right port? If not, what else could be causing the problem? Thank you.
