CM1000 Modem

The modem was great for a month and now I've been experiencing internet drops quite frequently. I've had a tech come out and he said he replaced the wire from the alley way to the business. That didnt work. I've replaced the coax cables where there is no splitter and to RG 6 coax cables. It was working great and then the drops started happening again. I looked at the event log on the modem itself and it says SYNC Timing Synchronization failure and T3 timeout. It's getting frustrating.
