I have various business accounts for different locations. However, one location is particular experiences problems on a weekly basis. The internet is unstable, we lose connectivity from minutes to hours and all I get is that the area is experiencing problems. We've had Comcast technicians come out and verify that nothing is wrong at our location but that still does not resolve the problem. I cannot run a business this way.

I am having problems with recurrent low download speeds. Based on Comcast speed tests and other speed tests, they are as low 0.1.
This was not a problem at my old location, under what I was told, was an inferior plan to what I have now. I can sit across the room from my router and get zip, other times it works perfectly. I need to know I can rely on my business internet. Recent experience Deluxe 25, is far less reliable than the service I had before. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
