I have been experiencing outages of 5-10 minutes almost daily for the last month to possibly 6 weeks. This leaves me without a phone or internet for my business. Sometimes it drops in the middle of a phone call. It always comes back after a short period, probably longest wait is 15 minutes.
But often it happens several times a day. The first 10 months I did not experience any disruptions like this, now I am experiencing them almost daily. What is going on and what can be done? If it continues I will need to switch off Comcast?
We are beginning to experience something similar. My wife works from home and her internet keeps dropping out causing her to loose contact with her clients in the middle of calls. She is likely to loose her job if comcast doesn't get their act together.

We recently installed Comcast Business for our new office space in June. Since installation, we have been experiencing outages, dropped calls, soft switch issues, and our internet appears to be very slow and not opening pages or refreshing promptly. I understand there was a North West outage, but thought that was corrected a month ago. Where do we call to get support on this issue?
