Bringing in a new Comcast Business Connection but stuck in Construction Phase
The Comcast construction team for our order seems to have completed their work but they have not responded to the installation team to get the install complete. The construction was supposed to be complete in December and is still in a pending phase. We have called daily and the installation team has not received any response from the construction team. Construction team has not been around for almost 2 weeks now. The connection is at the pole outside our location and is just taunting us!
