Bloated Speeds on

I don't know why but when I utilize the Internet Speed Test found on the Comcast Business website my download tests come back in the 350 Mbps range.


When I use the (Ookla) I get download results around 85-95 (we are currently subscribed for 100Mbps).  I get those same test results utilizing  Whenever I have a Comcast tech on the line or present, they ask me to run


Can you explain the discrepancy?

I am not sure what server you're connecting to when running the test on either site but, it sounds like we need to take a look at your signal. If you're subscribed to 100 and you're only getting about 85 - 90 % of that, we'd want to make sure there are no hiding issues. I am not sure if you're testing the signal over the Wi-Fi or, if you're hooked directly up to the Comcast Business Modem while testing but, I can take a look and make sure there are no issues with your service.
