We've had ongoing issues for the last three months at a site in Bartlett, TN. Numerous outages, near daily 25-50% packet loss, etc. I've opened more tickets than I can list. I've had several Tier 2 tickets, a handful of tech visits, a protention ticket, emails to ECARE and Tom Karinshak's office....and we're still having the same issue we've had from the beginning.
The ComcastCares social media team pretty much tells us the same thing over and over again. Tech support says they'll escalate the issue. We bounce between area outages, worst node reports, escalations, and on and on.
Just wondering if anyone else is having issues and if anyone here could assist.
This is a typical day. Enough sporadic packet loss to make phones unuseable and web traffic slow and unresponsive. Our connection is effectively useless in this state.

For those with similar issues....
I got mostly the same response from all of the contacts at Comcast until I filed a complaint with the FCC. Once a complaint was filed, I got a call from Comcast Corporate Escalations (that specifically referenced the complaint) and it sounds like things are actually getting looked at now.
