I had my internet access setup last Tuesday, July 17th. The technician was very proficient and polite. When he was done, my connection speed was tested and it was only coming up as 1.4mb down and .4mb up, it was suppose to be 8mb down and 2mb up. The technician said it was a coding error and that I should contact my sales rep to have it rectified. I have sent 3 emails to my rep and have not heard anything, yet today I received my bill from Comcast. Who and what do I have to do to get this taken care of?
