I posted on here last night I thought, and checked back today, but my post is gone.
Anyway I am having horrible connections issues. This is after restarting my modem twice.
It is also intermittent. Connection will be okay one second then really bad the next.

HI AD. Our Regional Support Center informed us that the Service Level applied to your account was incorrect. This was corrected and should resolve the issue. Please let us know if the issue persist.
