We have a business internet connection that has been experiencing approximately 5-7 outages a day for the last few weeks. We've opened tickets to have a technician come out, but no trouble has been found. We've recently found out that multiple companies on our block are experiencing the exact same problem, and they've had multiple technician visits as well. We currently have another technician scheduled for a visit Friday, but I'd like to have it noted that multiple other customers are having the same trouble, not only in the same building but across the alley in other buildings as well.
Can someone from Comcast assist me in noting this on the ticket, and help ensure that the right type of tech is scheduled to check on this? It seems that all the techs just check inside equipment, and no time has been spent checking anything outside our building, which is where the problem definitely lies.
