Ok so I don't use phones and I can't see how to chat with comcast so how do I get this fixed. I am in Chicago and a business customer internet only. I am supposed to get 50mb down and right now I'm lucky to get 10 -15mb. As I said in the subject, the last time this happened I escalated it and it's been GREAT ever since then...
