192.168.1.1 gateway

Our router is set to 192.168.1.1  (changed from 10.1.10.1) I used to be able to access the admin and now it just times out.

Even though you changed the Lan IP see if the login screen pulls up if you type 10.1.10.1 into any browser instead of 192.168.1.1

It times out.  NO connection.  "took too long to respond"

Hello millennia,

 

I would like to push a factory rest from my end to see if this fixes your connection issue. I can backup your configuration and put it back once complete. This process can take up to 40 minutes to complete. Please let me know if this is an option you would like to take. If so also provide me with your preferred time of day for the rest. (AM|PM).

It would be fine if it can be done anytime on Saturday or Sunday since we are closed.

 You can reboot your device or try 10.0.0.1 ip adress by your browser.
