can't block a website if the computer is using chrome as a browser?

I have blocked a URL https://server.website.com/ when using firefox it is blocked, but with chrome the site in not blocked, if everything is going through the wifi why isn't it being blocked and how do I fix it?

Good morning, thank you so much for taking the time out to reach out to the Digital Care team here through the forums. That is a great question and it seems you would have to block the website on each browser. Have you tried blocking the website on the Chrome browser by chance?
