I am having an issue with connecting to any xfinity wifi hotspots as well as being able to control it being on or off on my modem.
When I connect to a public hotspot it appeares to be connected but then it drops. I have both the Hotspot APP and the security profiles loaded. Still not having any luck. I assume since I can't seem to find where to manage what devices are connected or even turn it on or off on my modem that something is wrong and I'm just can't access the wifi with my credentials.

I can certainly assist with both of your hotspot issues. To disable and enable the hotspot, this does need to be done within the business portal. I have included a link on how to do this below. Please private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address and the phone number associated with your account.
When I login to my portal I don't have that option, in fact I'm having issues with getting access to the xfinity WiFi on my iphone as well. Please help.
