I need to disable the Xfinity public wifi on our Business gateway / modem. Despite what the post at the top of this board says, there are no options that I can find to disable it via the account management page. I have just recently registered the account (in an attempt to disable this) but we have had the service for a few weeks now.
Can someone please help in disabling this feature? Thank you.

Those instructions are what I tried following initially, but no such options exist on that page. My version of the page looks like this:
My account is the primary manager.
Please make sure that you are loggin into your administrator email account. Please call 800-391-3000, use the high speed internet technical option, then ask the technical agent to check your biller to make sure you have a DPC39XXB Comcast Gateway (CG) , then check your account to make sure your Business Class Portal (BCP) provisioned correctly, then request that the technical agent to use their BCP simulator to monitor your account to see what you are seeing. If the issue that you have expressed in your posts still exists then your BCP account has a programming/activation error and needs to be fixed.
Please keep us posted as to how you make out on this issue.
