Is there a time frame when you can cancel a Comcast Business contract without penalty, i.e., paying the ETF?
We have had Comcast internet and telephone for years but were paying a very high rate. We signed a new contract five days ago for three years and a lower rate, however we now have to close the business at the end of the year due to a key employee’s health issue.
Can we cancel the contract without penalty since we are cancelling within one week of signing? Thank you in advance for any thoughts or advice.
