Try changing your company name before saving it. It is weird though for us it worked only when we changed the company name. However it did say it was updated in the account but not in the modem which would change after a reboot.
As our user rl stated loging in at the portal and making the change to your business name while disabling has been know to fix the issue. I hae gone ahead and disabled the Xfinity WiFi hotspot but not your private WiFi. I also refreshed your profile access to ensure that this was not an issue.
