Thanks for posting this information as it really helps to explain this process.
We have several weekday holidays through the year, as many businesses do, and it would be helpful if VoiceEdge gave a Holiday greeting option that could be recorded independently from the Business Hours and After Hours greetings. It's a challenge to re-record the Business Hours greeting to accommodate a holiday when the Auto-attendant is actively taking business hours calls.
Since regular users are given 1 personal greeting and 3 alternate greetings, it seems the system could handle a holiday greeting expansion for the Auto-attendant. Is this a feature we can officially request?
