Paging system

How can i set up a paging system where when i want to page someone else they dont have to pick up the phone it will just automatically pick up on speaker phone

I would like to assist with your phone inquiry. What type of phone services do you have with us? Do you by chance have our analog SMB services or Business Voice Edge?

We have the Business VoiceEdge.I have turned on Paging and set up groups for everyone last week but they are not showing up on my phone.

Here's a tip... Many times the paging via the Polycom phones are NOT loud enough. You can call into Care at 877 761 7401 and request to have the "volumne tags" added to the paging. It's going to make a difference in the volumne level.

Brian,

A big thank you for this info, my place of business has had trouble with buildings not hearing our pages. I now have a ticket number to have this allocated.
