Is There Any Easy Way To Add Contacts To Polycom VE 410 Phone?

I've downloaded the softphone software, and it's easy to import/export contacts. Is theer an easier way on the phone to do this, other than manual adding every single contact? I would have expected at least my company directory to be automatically shown.

Right now we dont support a Company Directory displayed on the phone, and the only way to create contacts in the Polycom phone is to build them one at a time. We might move towards displaying a company directory on the phone in the future. We do provide you access to a Company Directory in a lot of other ways. Those ways include the Telephony Toolbar, Comcast Softphone, Comcast Mobile APP (directory would be visible on your mobile), and the Company directory is also visible in the VoiceEdge End User Feature Portal. When you log into your End User Feature Portal, you can view a Company Directory, and using your mouse, click on the numbers displayed there, and you would be connected to that number. It is a Feature called Click to Call. I hope this helps.

we need not only a company directory. we need a Main directory for our organization, or directories broken down by different dept's. right now everuone is looking up Numbers for all of our vendors, contacs, etc. we need one place to put them. where other than our Voip Phone system.     managed by an admin so if a number changes all the people see that new number instantly. Not hard to do. Please do so.
