Discontinuation of Telephony Toolbar?
We have a notice in our voicedge customer portal that states the Telephony toolbar is being discontinued as of 1/17/17. We are very concerned about this since our organization relies heavily on the integration with Outlook. Is there a replacement or alternative for this functionality? This could have serious impact on our decision to stay with Comcast long term. My hope is that Comcast is moving toward unified communications not away from it.
