Cannot Setup Voicemail

Hi,

 

When I dial *99 or the office phone number itself from the office phone, I get a busy tone and have not been able to set up voicemail. On the business comcast customer portal it shows my services as being live. I am still waiting on my security pin. My services were installed on 2/16. Could you please help?

Hello kgiles777 and welcome,

 

Your CPNI security pin should arrive at your billing address in approximately 7 business days from you date of install. If you have a Business Class Portal secured email address i.e.  name@business-name.comcastbiz.net, then you could call 800-391-3000 and use technical , digital voice, option, then request the technical agent to check your account telephone number to have voice mail in the biller, then request that he email your CPNI pin to your secured email address.

I am also trying to set up voicemail, and when I dial *99 I get a busy signal. How can I fix this?

I am having the same issue with my voicemail setup. I dial *99 and get a busy tone. I have my pin and everything but not sure what to do to go passed that busy tone, Help please
