Cannont set up Voice Mail

Hit * 99 and all I get is a busy signal. trying to set up greeting, etc for first time...????????????

Welcome daveschneider. We referred this issue to our Regional Support Center for resolution.  They informed us that the voicemail feature was not included on the original order and as a result was not activated with you initial service install.  To add voicemail to your existing service please contact the Comcast Business  Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000. Please check you email for additional informatnion.

We referred this issue to our Regional Support Center for resolution. They informed us that much like daveschneider's issue above, the voicemail feature was not included on the original order and as a result was not activated with you initial service install. To add voicemail to your existing service please contact the Comcast Business Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000. If you have any questions about this please let me know.
