My softphone seems to only have 2 volumes: off or eardrum-shatteringly loud, even at the lowest setting on the softphone volume slider. Trying to supplement with PC volume controls does nothing. The softphone seems to be set up to bypass bluetooth headphone volume controls in all PC settings. How do I get to a more reasonable volume?
