I have a user who cannot log into their voiceedge softphone. It's been working for a long time and all of a sudden broke. Set to remember password and log in automatically (the latter is a recent change). Appears to log in normally but instead of opening the softphone, an error message appears that says "The data received from the license server appears to be corrupted. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact comcast Business Class customer support. (0)" with the header "License Server Bad Data." Tried reinstalling and get the same error.

For reference, turns out the installer I had was out of date. When I logged in as the user to https://voiceedge.comcast.com and downloaded an installer from "Get your free softphone," that installer worked and installed a newer version of the software.
